Payment Terms

Full payment is required to confirm all orders.
Custom or bulk orders must be paid in full.

Orders will not be processed or delivered without payment confirmation.

Refund Policy

We are happy to issue replacements under the following conditions:

✔ Order Issues

Incorrect or missing items (must be reported within 24 hours with photo evidence)

✅ If eligible, you may receive:

A full or partial refund to your original payment method

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with taste or preference (unless product quality is compromised)
  • Failure to cancel orders within the required time frame

Order Cancellation

Regular Orders: Cancellations must be made within 12hrs of placing the order for a full refund.
Custom/Bulk Orders: Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Later cancellations are not refundable due to preparation and ingredient costs.
