At DeCelebrant Foods, Ayodele serves as the Administrator and Training & Client Liaison Manager, where his strategic acumen and global exposure help elevate the brand's culinary and customer experience standards. With a sharp eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Ayodele bridges the gap between business operations, client engagement, and team performance, ensuring the smooth execution of the company’s vision and values.
He holds a Master’s degree in Logistics and Business Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering, equipping him with both analytical and practical expertise in supply chain efficiency and business development. Ayodele is a PRINCE2 Project Management Registered Practitioner, and he has further honed his leadership abilities through a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Operational Management, awarded via the prestigious Solace Emerging Leaders Apprenticeship.
In addition to his business credentials, Ayodele expanded his passion for education and mentorship by earning an EDI Credit Certificate in Lifelong Learning and Assessment, strengthening his ability to train and guide future professionals in diverse sectors.
